Peterborough and Stamford Hospitals Trust IBD Team
We first partnered with Peterborough and Stamford Hospitals Trust to improve the quality of care and diagnosis for neurological patients, which went live back in March 2015. They have since been shortlisted for the HSJ award. Due to the success of the pilot, we are pleased that Peterborough and Stamford Hospitals Trust have rolled out PKB for their inflammatory bowel disease patients in September!
ABMU Prostate Cancer Team at Morriston Hospital
This is our third partnership with ABMU and the first at Morriston Hospital. We partnered with ABMU dermatology and IBD teams, which went live six months ago. This past September, PKB is being rolled out for prostate cancer patients to provide improved follow up management. The HIV team at St. James’ is the first team in Ireland to go live with PKB. This pilot aims to improve patient experience and reduce waiting times for HIV patients. If you would like to learn more about it, please contact St. James’ HIV Team or us.
