We are excited to announce the following four sites are now active this June:
- Yeovil District NHS Foundation Hospitals Trauma and Physio team at Yeovil District Hospital: Working with North Bristol as an affiliated team on the Quality Trauma Discharge of repatriated patients.
- Torbay (South Devon HCT) HIV: Using PKB for messaging with their whole HIV patient cohort – adding resources to the library.
- Bristol Royal Infirmary Local Trauma Unit: Working with North Bristol as an affiliated team on the Quality Trauma Discharge of repatriated patients.
- Cardiff and Vale University Health Board Young Adult Diabetes Team: Providing young adult patients with a communication tool and resources to improve their transition from paediatric diabetes services to adult diabetes services.
