Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen Hospitals NHS Trust Gastroenterology Team

The gastroenterology team at the Royal Liverpool is the third team to use PKB to improve communication and access to information for their patients. They are joining the centre for sexual health and the AKU Patient Liaison service, who have been using PKB for 2 years.

Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Neurostimulation Team

The Neurostimulation team at Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust are one of three teams who are piloting PKB. They are using the system to digitalize their risk assessment and improve their ability to remotely monitor and care for their patients.

Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust Haematology Team

We are proud to welcome the Haematology team to PKB. They are going to assess the benefits of remote consultations, remote symptom monitoring and digitalising care plans.

Derbyshire Healthcare Foundation Trust Recovery Team 2 (Mental Health)

The ability to track physical health on PKB through healthcare measurements entered by the patient or their team, or integrated from one of our many partner devices and applications, can provide a fuller picture of a patient’s wellbeing and progress. Recovery Team 2 at Derbyshire Healthcare Foundation Trust is one of a wide range of mental health pilots we are conducting to explore the benefits that improved access to information can have between teams involved in complex care.

North Manchester General Hospital Hepatitis B Team

Following the successful pilot of PKB with the HIV team at North Manchester General Hospital, we are delighted to welcome the Hepatitis B team. They are using PKB to improve communication, reduce unnecessary appointments and provide resources digitally.
