Sites Live January 2018

We are excited to announce the following sites are now active this January!

Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust  – Children’s Speech and Language Therapy: families with autistic children are able to upload videos, use messaging, complete ‘drop in form’ care plans and access library resources.

Great Ormond Street Hospital – Tracheal Team: patients can now use care plans and consultations between team and carers, along with remote messaging in discussions and Skype consultations.

Oxford Cancer and Haematology Centre – Myeloid Service – Myeloproliferative Neoplasms (or MPN): patients are able to record their symptoms in an easy and accessible way, use PKB to collate their data in this complex condition and use discussions to communicate with their Advanced Nurse Practitioners.

Oxford Cancer and Haematology Centre – Myeloid Service – Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia (or CML): patients are able to monitor the effect of treatment on symptoms by recording pre and post treatment. They are also using discussions to communicate with their Advanced Nurse Practitioners.

Oxford Cancer and Haematology Centre – Myeloid Service – Myelodysplasia and Acute Leukaemias (Myeloid Disorders): this team is using symptom monitoring in acute management alongside messaging in discussions pre, during and post treatment.
