Changes to password reset form

We are changing the password reset form to accommodate the protocols of our different customer organisations. Currently, we provide a drop-down list of identification types for users to select from. We have had feedback that this does not match all local protocols. Organisations are encouraged to design their protocol to be in line with national guidance GPG 45. The Identification type drop-down box will be replaced with a confirmation checkbox. When resetting passwords for patients, the professional or coordinator must confirm that they have checked the identity of the user according to their organisation’s protocol in order to proceed with the reset.
