Organisations can now personalise their email notifications

It is now possible for organisations to add custom text or a logo to the email notifications sent by Patients Know Best (PKB) to their patients and professionals. This is an extension of PKB’s white labelling functionality.

Previously, PKB supported personalisation of email notifications at team level only. In response to customer feedback, we have added this feature at the organisation level so that it can be applied for all notifications about data from that organisation.

Adding an organisation’s logo or text can make email notifications more familiar for patients and highlight their importance.

The text and logo will appear at the bottom of any email notifications sent when that organisation adds data to records or when invites are sent. The orange box in the image below shows where these appear.

PKB has extensive white labelling functionality. Every team sets their own logo and name for communication with the patient. But organisations can go much deeper, changing the colours of PKB’s navigation and incorporating the PKB log in page into their main website – similar to North West London and East Sussex Hospital.
