Since Patients Know Best was founded, having clinical representation in the design and deployment of our product has been core to our business. As well as getting this input from our customers and patient users, we have tried to build strong partnerships with these groups by also having staff with relatable backgrounds.
To support this, over the years we have had staff with a variety of backgrounds including Doctors, Pharmacists, Psychologists, Counsellors and of course… Nurses! Last week we celebrated 100 years of Midwifery on the International Day of the Midwife and our very own Midwife, Katie, wrote about her reflections on Midwifery and what she is looking forward to bringing to her role supporting customers with the Patients Know Best role out in this blog.
Today, on International Nurses Day, we wanted to introduce you to some more of our clinical staff, our Nurses! We asked our nurses what their favourite thing about being a nurse is, and how they think being a nurse helps them in their role at PKB.
